We have always felt strongly that if a thing is worth doing, then it’s worth doing right. Preparation is key to painting a house properly the first time – and poor prep work will result in walls, millwork and doors that have rough, heavily textured finishes; making them harder to clean and cheap in appearance for the life of the home.
We go the extra mile in our new homes to make sure that the first time they are painted, the paint will look good for the first 10-15 years. And the next time they are painted, less preparation will be necessary to revive the finish.
